Return & Exchange Policy

We do NOT accept returns for size issues, personal preferences, or change of mind.

✔️ Only DAMAGED or WRONG products will be eligible for an exchange.

✔️ A proper unboxing video (from opening the package) is mandatory as proof.

✔️ The product must be unused and in original condition with tags.

Exchange Process

1. Record a full unpacking video while opening the parcel.
2. Send the video to us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement.

No unboxing video = No exchange.
